NexusCubes Roles and Permissions

Permission: This feature lets you give users access to a specific cube for a particular mandant. Users can only see and work with the data related to that assigned mandant in the cube, helping to keep access limited and secure.
Tenant/OU/Mandant: Here the Tenant values will be varied from customer to customer. Each role may have one Tenant or multiple Tenants.

If you want to provide access to a specific tenant, you need to specify that tenant's value as shown in the screenshot below.
Ex 1: Thirupathi has been granted access to the Finance cube, but this access is restricted specifically to Tenant 99. He can view and work with data belonging only to Tenant 99, and will not be able to access data from any other tenants within the Finance cube.
Ex 2: Venkat has been granted access to the Finance cube, but this access is restricted specifically to Tenant FA. He can view and work with data belonging only to Tenant FA, and will not be able to access data from any other tenants within the Finance cube.
If access is required for multiple tenants (but not all), create separate entries for each tenant and specify their respective values as shown.
Ex: Dominik has been granted access to the Heim cube, but this access is restricted specifically to Tenant SA & RS. He can view and work with data belonging only to Tenant SA & RS, and will not be able to access data from any other tenants within the Finance cube.
If access should be granted to all tenants, use * instead of adding multiple records, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Ex: Roger has been granted access to the Finance cube without any restricts on any Tenants. He can view and work with data belonging to All Tenants of Finance cube.

Roles: Here the roles are fixed and we have to select the required role from the dropdown.
